There were many dented ArtBox Casings in the first batch of shipments. These dents do not affect the performance of the ArtBox. Thus, they will be sold at a discount. Prices are non-negotiable. Thank you for your understanding!
Casings will be assigned by random according to your grade of choice.
Strictly no refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted
An order will include:
- same 57 colours and 5 grams (5ml approximately) per colour
- same 3 empty extra pans
- same swatchboard
- same stickers
- same instruction manual
- and a dented ArtBox casing
Shipping schedule for March:
1st batch: 18 march
2nd batch: 28 march

Shipping
- You must provide both your phone number and email address at checkout. Shipping is not possible if neither is provided.
- Orders are processed and released according to the shipping schedule listed in the product description.

After the order is released, shipping takes:
- 4–30 business days for international orders
- 3-7 days for local ( Singaporean ) orders
- International shipping is available to most countries. If your country is not listed, please contact me, and we can make special arrangements.
- Shipping address cannot be a PO box.
- Tracking information will be provided via email upon shipment.
The store prices are pre-taxes:
- Customs and duty fees will be paid separately.
