Shipping
- You must provide both your phone number and email address at checkout. Shipping is not possible if neither is provided.
- Orders are processed and released according to the shipping schedule listed in the product description.

After the order is released, shipping takes:
- 4–20 business days for international orders
- 3-7 days for local ( Singaporean ) orders
- International shipping is available to most countries. If your country is not listed, please contact me, and we can make special arrangements.
- Shipping address cannot be a PO box.
- Tracking information will be provided via email upon shipment.
Tariff Collection for International Customers
- United States: I will collect the 10% tariff directly from you at checkout. This means no additional fees or further action will be required once you complete your purchase. The US website pricing has been adjusted to include the tariff.
- Rest of World: Customs fees will be paid directly to your local customs separately.
Refund Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds are offered on purchases.
