Order Processing Orders are sent out every Tuesday Singapore time ( Monday United States time) . You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders are subjected to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are calculated at checkout and included in the shipping fee. No further payment is required once checkout is completed.

Tracking Your Order Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your DHL shipment at dhl.com.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with DHL to investigate and resolve the issue.
