• All sales are final. No refunds are offered on purchases.

• Refunds will not be issued for parcels returned or disposed of due to the recipient's failure to pay customs duties or errors in the shipping information provided at the time of order.

Cancellation Policy

• Due to the high number of fraudulent orders, if an order is found to be high risk of fraud, it may be cancelled and partially refunded at only 70% of the original value with no prior notice from the store.
• If you made a mistake and would like to cancel your order, notify me within 5 minutes of the order for full refund. Cancellation requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
